4P/1BR - Fully Renovated w/ A/C - Champs-Elysées

Disappointing. Positive: The location was good. It was 100 meters from the Arch and about 25 minutes walking from Eiffel. Its one of the high end main street of Paris. Negative: The sofa bed had broken panels and was horrible. We had to get up multiple times in the night to fix it. This place is good for two people and not for four. The customer service was poor. The person who was to handover the key wasn't available during the time of our arrival, as he claimed our flight didn't arrive at the time most customers arrive and he had. "work". He gave us video instructions and then we had to wait for a good one hour for him to give us the rest of instructions. We were 4 of us (3 adults and one teen) staying for 4 nights and they had conditions on amount of paper towels, regular towels. The gave us just 4 towels and I had to argue to get another four. Told us if we go over the given toilet paper, we have to buy our own. We booked through booking.com but the place was acting like an Air BnB. We had to clean out trash, put furniture back etc etc, none of which was mentioned in the property policies on booking.com and was told post facto. We paid a hefty amount for the property and to think we had to face all the above was super annoying.

Negative: The lift is not working and the building is too old and the apartment is too small .

Clean and fresh. Positive: New AC central system The bathroom equipped with bidet Negative: Everything was fabulous

Pleasant Positive: The apartment is very clean when checked in. Little bit more spacious than other hotels. Negative: I wish there were daily cleaning but maybe I didn’t know about it.
