Positive: Location was excellent. Host was responding quickly to any inquiries and was assuring we were okay.
Negative: The elevator was very slow and broke down on the morning that we checked out. The AC has an exhaust that requires the window to be open while in use. Having the window opened was an invitation for the mosquitoes to come in.

Wonderful experience for our first time in Paris, very accommodating and easy to deal with. Perfect and very nice studio

Very small , thight for 4 adults.
Positive: Location is great. The host is very prompt in responding to my questions.
Negative: Very crowded for 4 adults specially with big suitcases. Booking listing is deceiving, one BR in US means a separate BR plus leaving space.
