给了我们8天温暖暖的家，非常感谢 Positive: 房东准备了8天的备品，枕头有软硬两种可供选折，入住当天已经开启了暖气片，一踏进室内就有回家的感觉，每次和房东沟通都能及时收到反馈，特别是11/11最后一天退房，由于香榭丽舍临时封路，无法回去，经过沟通也妥善解决 Negative: 厨房用具真的很全，但似乎缺了一个好的铲子，如果能补上就更好了

Comfortable apartment in Champs-Elysées Positive: Location is perfect, the apartment is clean and comfortable, easy check-in and check-out . Follow up from the host if anything needed. Negative: Upgrade the portable Air-condition to a normal one and the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable.
